Return Eligibility

       Return or refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

       Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact

       Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are fully eligible for a refund or free replacement

       Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging are not eligible

Non-Returnable Items

       Personal care and hygiene products once opened

       Digital products or software

       Customised or personalised items

       Items purchased during final sale or clearance events

       Freebies or promotional gifts included with orders

How to Raise a Return Request

       Email us at support@orvish.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item

       Alternatively, WhatsApp us at our support number within 3 days of delivery

       Our team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours

       If approved, we will arrange a free pickup or guide you through the return process

Refund Process

       Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

       Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking)

       For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are transferred via UPI or bank transfer

       Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

       Exchanges are available for size, colour, or variant differences subject to stock availability

       To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery
