At Orvish, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
• Return or refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are fully eligible for a refund or free replacement
• Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging are not eligible
Non-Returnable Items
• Personal care and hygiene products once opened
• Digital products or software
• Customised or personalised items
• Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
• Freebies or promotional gifts included with orders
How to Raise a Return Request
• Email us at support@orvish.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item
• Alternatively, WhatsApp us at our support number within 3 days of delivery
• Our team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours
• If approved, we will arrange a free pickup or guide you through the return process
Refund Process
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking)
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are transferred via UPI or bank transfer
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are available for size, colour, or variant differences subject to stock availability
• To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery
