• Remote or rural areas may require up to 7 business days

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on weekdays are processed the same day

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499

• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499 — the exact amount is shown at checkout

• No hidden charges — all costs are fully transparent before you confirm your order

• A tracking number and link will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped

• You can track your order status in real time using the link provided

• Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times

• If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us

• Re-delivery charges may apply for returned orders

• If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, photograph the parcel and product immediately upon receipt

• Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund
